TargetEveryone considers parallel trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange

During the past year, TargetEveryone has received more and more attention in Norway. The management of TargetEveryone has participated at several investment events and got attention in financial media in Oslo both with positive feedback.

Also TargetEveryone's services are getting a lot of attention in Norway. The Board's assessment is that this is primarily a result of the close cooperation with Telenor Norway and thereby increased demand for TargetEveryone's services. In addition to Telenor are  customers such as Coop Norway, Avinor, Norwegian Save the Children, Nestlé and Vita.

The Norwegian business, excluding ViaNett which was divested last year, has quadrupled its turnover in 2017 compared with 2016. It is the Board's preliminary assessment that this high rate of growth will continue in Norway in 2018. The Board will revert with details on this in connection with the release of the financial statements on February 13.

The Board is considering a parallel trade on the Oslo Stock Exchange and has for this reason engaged Norwegian Sparebank 1 Markets as an advisor. Sparebank 1 Markets has been one of Norway's premier IPO advisors in 2017.

"We have already noticed an increased Norwegian interest in TargetEveryone as we constantly get more Norwegian shareholders. Still, it is a barrier for investors residing in Norway to start trading shares in the Swedish market. We want to use this increased interest in the company through a parallel trading and thus further strengthen our position, "says Fredric Forsman, Chairman of TargetEveryone AB.
